Motivated by the absence of community within his profession, Nick embarked on a mission to create the 3FUniverse, a platform that fosters dialogue and connection. Picture a universe where people share common goals yet remain strangers – Nick set out to change that and forge connections among those operating in the 3F2 orbit. With curiosity as his compass, Nick engages with his guests to uncover fresh insights. So, consider joining the 3FUniverse, where you'll have the chance to hear stories of vulnerability, resilience, and some lighthearted moments as well.
Nick hails from Fort Worth originally and recently earned his Communication degree.

"Childersing" out of the career field -- "Childersing" back into the conversation
Brian and Nick have their second session of intense, wild, and possibly controversial thoughts.
Brian reflects on Shirt-ing and explains why he still makes appearances and efforts in the 3F community. He also challenges the "hidden" figures of the 3F2 community to make themselves more visible. The guys also discuss previous podcasts and clarify some ideas from episode 1 with Cory, such as Nick's thoughts on creating a podcast with CMSAF. The hosts further entangle themselves in a dialogue about vaccines, morals, and convictions. The chat takes another drastic turn as connectedness and suicide are addressed and how that fits into the plot with the other things occurring. From there, Nick and Brian debate about #innovation being a dirty word, and how to measure success. A few moments are devoted to the word connectedness. The hosts discussed the question: What does connectedness mean to young Airmen versus the older Airmen of the force? Later on, the dynamic pair discuss certain people in the career field. Who are the movers and shakers making impacts? Finally, the two speak brainstorm ideas about the upcoming conference and upcoming episodes for the podcast.
